Scientists have warned that the chronic wasting disease, known as zombie deer disease, has now spread across 32 states in the US.
The brain disease known as chronic wasting disease causes weight loss, lethargy, uncontrolled drooling, and loss of coordination.
The disease primarily infects deer, elk, and moose. Concerns over chronic wasting disease were raised after an infected deer was found in Yellowstone National Park in November.
According to the United States Geological Survey, animals in 32 states have been identified as hosts of the brain parasite.
Many scientists worry that the parasite could mutate and spread to humans who consume infected meat. According to an epidemiologist who studied mad cow disease, the illness is a slow-moving disaster.
A doctor, who recently earned his doctorate by studying Mad Cow Disease, has stated that we are dealing with a disease that is highly contagious, always fatal, and has no known cure. What’s more worrying is that we do not possess a simple and efficient method to eliminate it from infected animals or contaminated environments.
One of the signs of the end times and Jesus’ return is an increase in diseases.
