I believe James tells you what wisdom from God is and it’s not hard to figure out what isn’t wisdom.
James 3:17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
The only ones that will disagree with this are churchgoers that are worldly and don’t go by the word of God. They don’t care for the truth that takes away from their pleasures.
2 Timothy 3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2 Timothy 3:2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
2 Timothy 3:3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
2 Timothy 3:4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God.
I just read on a so-called Christian site that said that a Christian great boxer is retiring. I really don’t believe you can pound someone’s face in and call that Christian or loving your neighbor.If that is love then I will pass.

Romans 13:10 Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
It has become ridiculous and right out evil what some denominations call Christian and the excuses they use to make it sound like it’s Christian. They say they profess to be a Christian, they pray before the game, they go to church, and on and on.
They should read James.
James 1:22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
These so-called denominations are worldly and lukewarm at best. I’m not going to name these famous people in the world but you can get on the internet and put in famous celeberties that are Christians and it will bring up all kind of hollywood and others who claim to be Christian.
What their definition of Christian and the word of God definition of a Christian differs. I believe the Word of God.
Revelations 3:16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
It has become that you are Christian no matter what you do. The new false teaching is everybody is a Christian if you say you’re a Christian.
The lukewarm denominations think it’s a big thing if some so-called famous person says they are a Christian. I think whoopie do! Who cares if they are famous in the world? Not me.
From Bartenders to sports figures, to movie stars to worldly singers to politicians, all proclaiming to be Christians, but none having the fruits of the Spirit.

Matthew 7:20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
The Bible differs from everybody is a Christian to if you become like Christ.
Christian means Christ-like or like Jesus. You can’t say these worldly people are anyway like Jesus with a straight face. The only way is that your idea of Christianity is distorted from the world and you don’t read the Bible.
Preachers and denominations that teach this are worldly themselves and lukewarm on their best day.
1 John 2:15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
1 John 2:16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
1 John 2:17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.
Those scriptures in John does away with famous people calling themselves Christians.

The word Christian was first was used in Antioch for real disciples not just someone saying I’m a Christian.
Acts 11:26 And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.
Before then they were called the way because they were of a certain way and different from worldly people.
Acts 9:2 And desired of him letters to Damascus to the synagogues, that if he found any of this way, whether they were men or women, he might bring them bound unto Jerusalem. And what way was that?
Jesus said he was the way.
John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Worldly people who the world exalts do not come close to what the Bible proclaims a Christian to be. You wouldn’t know they were Christian by their ways unless they told you they were Christians.
It minds me of Church goers that the only thing Christian about them is a Jesus sticker on their car or the hat or tee shirt they are wearing.
Galatians 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
Matthew 10:38 And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.
Luke 9:23 And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.
Galatians 5:24 And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
1 Peter 4:1 Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin;
1 Peter 4:2 That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.
1 Peter 4:3 For the time past of our life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and abominable idolatries: 1 Peter 4:4 Wherein they think it strange that ye run not with them to the same excess of riot, speaking evil of you.

Repent means a change of heart and change of mind. You become a new person with new ways. Famous people who proclaim to be Christian stay in the same worldly activity and just call themselves Christian.

Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
Colossians 3:2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
Many will go to the lake of fire only a few will find the truth.
Matthew 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
Matthew 7:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
Matthew 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Matthew 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
Matthew 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work sin.
