False Teachers in Churches on TV and on the Internet

I  don’t care for so-called Christian TV or many internet sites that are supposed to be Christian.

Both the TV and the Internet are full of false teachers. I listened to this woman who looked like a man with her man hair cut speak on TV and never once mention Jesus and speak for a half hour about nonsense that had nothing to do with God.

Like many on TV, they are not teachers of the Word but love to talk about the world and their opinions of things that have nothing to do with God.

When Trump was president, I saw the so-called spiritual leaders who gave him advice, and the ones I saw were some of the worst on TV. I hope real Christians are praying for our leaders in America.

The state of the church is in a mess at this present time. There are so many false teachings going around in churches, on TV, and on the internet that people must study for themselves the Bible to understand the real truth.

2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

False teachers say when you become a Christian, all your sins, past, present, and future, are forgiven. They never have to confess their sins to God or repent since all is forgiven.

That “big lie” will take anyone who believes that to the lake of fire. That is just a “license to sin.”

There are so many scriptures that prove that teaching is a lie.

1 Peter 4:18 And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?

1 John 2:1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:

1 John 2:2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Proverbs 28:13 He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.

False teachers are teaching Christians to be sinners and continue in sin sounds like that evil hyper-grace. But many other churches are teaching this false doctrine.

Romans 6:1 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?

Romans 6:2 God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?

Romans 6:3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?

Romans 6:4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

Romans 6:5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:

Romans 6:6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.

Romans 6:7 For he that is dead is freed from sin.

Romans 6:12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.

Romans 6:13 Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.

Romans 6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.

Romans 6:15 What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.

If you go on and read Romans 8, you will understand how Paul quit sinning.

Romans 8:4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Romans 8:13  For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.

Mortify means put to death, and deeds mean an evil action. Put to death or stop your sins.

Just like Romans 6:2  God forbids you to sin.

Romans 6:4 Walk in newness of life.

Romans 6:6 The body of sin might be destroyed that we serve not sin.

Romans 6:14 shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace?

And again, God forbids us to sin.

You will notice that churches that teach this false doctrine are very worldly; church services are once a week, one or two hours long.

The people who go there are only Christian while in church, and you wouldn’t know they were Christian in the world unless they had a sticker on their bumper about Jesus or wore a shirt or hat about Jesus.

These are sinners wearing Jesus instead of being transformed by Jesus.

Romans 12:1 I beseech you, therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Being not conformed means not being like the world.

1 John 2:15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

1 John 2:16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

1 John 2:17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.

Most of these types are not interested in the truth but are worldly and are just playing church. As James says, they are deceiving themselves.

James 1:22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

They don’t believe in doing anything for God because they try to say you are trying to work your way into heaven and you are saved by grace.

We are indeed saved by grace, which means we could never do anything to be saved; only one who never sinned, “JESUS,” could make that sacrifice for us by dying for us.

But what James is saying is after you accept Jesus as your savior, you will show good works if you are saved.

James 2:17  Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.

James 2:18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.

James 2:19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.

James 2:20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?

If you go to one of these churches that teach this false doctrine, find a new church that teaches holiness, not worldliness.

Jude 1:4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

Ephesians 5:11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.

2 Timothy 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

2 Timothy 4:4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

2 Peter 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

2 Peter 2:2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.

1 Timothy 6:3 If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness;

1 Timothy 6:4 He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings,

1 Timothy 6:5 Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.
