Who is Jesus? What Does the Bible Say About Jesus Christ?

Jesus is the word of God, the only begotten of the Father.

John 1:1  In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

Jesus made the blind see, the deaf hear, and the lame walk.

He is the healer, not just 2000 years ago, but today as well.

Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever.

Jesus cast out demons, fed the multitude, and walked on water.

Jesus calmed the raging sea, spoke to the wind, and hushed it.

Jesus was the second Adam and had no sin. He gave his life for a ramson so we could have eternal life.

1 Corinthians 15:45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

1 Timothy 2:6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.

He resurrected from the grave after three days and sits on the right hand of the majesty on high.

Hebrews 1:3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high.

He will return the second time at the last trump, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, and the dead shall be raised, and death is swallowed up in victory.

1 Corinthians 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

1 Corinthians 15:53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

1 Corinthians 15:54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
