Is Jesus Coming Back Soon and is the end of the world Imminent?

Yes, the end of the world and the return of Jesus is at hand. All the prophecies are being fulfilled or already have been fulfilled. The world has become very evil, including Christian nations.

The pulpits around the world have fallen from the truth.

2 Timothy 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

2 Timothy 4:4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

2 Peter 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

2 Peter 2:2  And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.

2 Corinthians 11:13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.

2 Corinthians 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

2 Corinthians 11:15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

1 Timothy 3:13  But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

True believers must prepare for the coming of Jesus and warn people of the end of the world.

1 Corinthians 16:13 Watch, stand fast in the faith, be brave, be strong.

1 Peter 1:13  Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;

1 Peter 1:14 As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:

1 Peter 1:15 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

1 Peter 1:22 Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:

1 Peter 1:23  Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

1 Peter 2:2 As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:

I’ve observed many non-Christians mock God’s coming judgment and Jesus’ soon return. People on television, radio, and social media scoff at the idea that Jesus is coming again.

Galatians 6:7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

Jude 1:14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,

Jude 1:15 To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.

Jude 1:16 These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts

I have noticed a steady departure from teaching end-time Bible prophecy in most churches today.  Ignoring Bible prophecy about Jesus’s return and the end of the world would be a red flag.

I would advise you to go elsewhere for biblical instruction and find a church that teaches the whole Bible.

In 1 Thessalonians 5, Jesus only returns as a thief to the sinners who live in darkness, and Christians should be watchers for Jesus’s return.

The word watcher or watchman is from the Greek word Gregorio, translated as a watch, which means to watch and keep awake. Today it is every Christian’s duty to watch for Jesus’s return.

And it is the duty of every preacher, teacher, and of all churches to warn their congregations of his return and warn those living in sin.

In many churches today, the leaders have fallen asleep spiritually and are more interested in the world’s pleasures and fleece their flocks for personal gain.

The scriptures in Isaiah 56 remind me of many preachers today.

Isaiah 56:10 His watchmen are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot barksleeping, lying down, loving to slumber.

Isaiah 56:11 Yea, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter.

Ezekial 3:18 When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity, but his blood will I require at thine hand.

Ezekial 3:19 Yet if thou warn the wicked, and he turns not from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.

Ezekial 3:20 Again, When a righteous man doth turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumbling-block before him, he shall die: because thou hast not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he hath done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thine hand.

Ezekial 3:21 Nevertheless if thou warn the righteous man, that the righteous sin not, and he doth not sin, he shall surely live, because he is warned; also thou hast delivered thy soul.

Luke 21:34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and CARES OF THIS LIFE, and so that day come upon you unawares.

Luke 21:35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.

Luke 21:36 Watch ye, therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

Matthew 24:45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?

Matthew 24:46 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.

“I don’t want to leave anything to chance,” Graham Lotz, the daughter of late evangelist Bill Graham, wrote on Facebook. “I want to be ready. I want to prepare now to meet Jesus.”

“Jesus is coming! All indicators point to the fact that His return is imminent. While expectancy among people of faith worldwide is at a fever pitch, I wonder if you and I are actually prepared for that world-changing, history-altering, heart-stopping moment in time,” Lotz Wright, the granddaughter of Billy Graham, wrote on another social media post.

We must warn the people about the soon return of Jesus and the difficult times we live in and inspire them to abandon sin and turn their hearts towards God.

Matthew 7:20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

Matthew 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

Matthew 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

Matthew 7:23 And then will I profess unto themI never knew youdepart from meye that work sin.
