False Prophets and False Teachers

A self-claimed prophet said Biden has demonic serpent eyes. He said he first saw it during a debate between Biden and Trump when the Democratic candidate let out a “demonic” growl.

He predicted that Trump would win the election and since then says he is still right.

God doesn’t make mistakes but self-proclaimed prophets do.

Then a CEO proclaimed he had a “divine appointment” with Trump.

Then a pastor who is a  self-described prophet isn’t backing down from his prophecy that Trump would win the election. He predicted a military coup would take place to reinstate the former president, Trump, by April and when that didn’t happen he now says June.

He was asked to step down from the leadership role for “unscriptural and unbiblical behavior.” He decided to leave his wife and family to “pursue his own desires,” according to the church, and as of June 3, the church said he made “no attempt to reconcile, repent or show any remorse” for his actions.

A group of 85 religious leaders issued standards for prophecies. Acknowledging that some prophecies can take time to transpire, they rejected the need to immediately discount some but said when prophecies that include specific details and dates don’t come to pass, the person delivering it should apologize.

A leader of a different ministry took issue with the letter and likened apologizing for a prophecy to disagreeing with God.

Another leader a self-proclaimed prophet believes that God favors those who have refused to back down from their support for former President Trump. He has related Trump to David, the king of Israel, who defeated Goliath. The two have the “same caliber of steeliness” and “resolve” and were put in their positions by God, he said in April.  He said that his “vision” of former President Trump holding a golden scepter proves that Trump is still president of the United States.

Seeing demon eyes, saying you have a divine appointment, changing dates, “demonic” growl, visions of former President Trump holding a golden scepter, or relating Trump to David, the king of Israel, who defeated Goliath is just nonsense.

The Bible doesn’t teach for a false prophet to apologize but the Bible teaches that he is a false prophet.

Only one prophecy that doesn’t come true makes that person a false prophet. And people that produce bad fruit are cast in the fire.

You can have an opinion about Trump or Biden but you can’t say it come from God if you do then it’s classified as a prophecy and you are claiming to be a prophet.

Only 1 prophecy that comes wrong makes you a false prophet.

Preachers on TV and the internet predicted that trump would win which by now we know that all of them are false prophets and you should realize they are false teachers as well. These types are not full of God but full of themselves and full of pride.

James4:6 But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.

Deuteronomy 18:22 When a prophet speaketh in the name of the Lord, if the thing follows not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the Lord hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him.

In the other words, he does not speak for God. That person is a false prophet.

Matthew 7:15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

Matthew 7:16  Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

Matthew 7:17  Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.

Matthew 7:18  A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

Matthew 7:19  Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

Matthew 7:20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

1 John 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

Romans 16:17 Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.

Romans 16:18 For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.

2 Peter 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

2 Peter 2:2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.

2 Peter 2:3  And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.
