Freshwater Mussel Are Going Extinct

Ezekiel 33:6   But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman’s hand.

In Hosea the Bible gives a prophecy to Israel which I’m sure applies today to the end of the world.

Hosea 4:1 The LORD hath a controversy with the inhabitants of the land because there is no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God in the land.

Hosea 4:2 By swearing, and lying, and killing, and stealing, and committing adultery, they break out, and blood toucheth blood.

Hosea 4:3 Therefore shall the land mourn, and everyone that dwelleth therein shall languish=lose or lack vitality; grow weak or feeble, with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven; yea, the fishes of the sea also shall be taken away.

Throughout the world animals, birds, fish, and insects are dying at a rapid rate to extinction.

The U.S. rivers across the Pacific Northwest, Midwest and South and Europe, staggering numbers of freshwater mussels are dying and scientist doesn’t know why.

More than 90 percent have died. In 26 European countries have reported up to 90 percent declines in various mussel populations, particularly the freshwater pearl mussel.

Again mussels are crucial to the ecosystem.Mussels are crucial to their ecosystems, by cleaning water of impurities.Mussels can remove E. coli, pharmaceuticals, and pesticides from the water.

The populations of freshwater species populations, as lakes, rivers and wetlands across the world have declined to more than 80 percent.

Luke 21:11 And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines,and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.

Luke 21:25 And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;

Luke 21:28 Andwhen these things begin to come to pass, then look up,and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.
