I’m not sure where this site got its numbers for this survey but it says Fifty-seven percent of pastors say porn is the biggest problem in the church.
Sixty-nine percent say their church has been negatively affected by pornography.
I think someone needs to tell these pastors that if they would preach about sin and the consequences of sinning which is the lake of fire, this would not be a problem in their luke warm churches.
But to do this, you must hold church more than once a week on Sunday morning.
That is one sad survey of so-called Pastors and their lukewarm churches. But it shows that this is the end of the world where the church has fallen away from the truth.
The Thessalonian church knew that the church had just begun and the truth had not fallen away.
But for us, you better be shaken in your mind and be troubled because the church has fallen from the truth and Christ is coming soon.
2 Thessalonians 2:2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
2 Thessalonians 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first.
2 Timothy 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
2 Timothy 4:4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
2 Peter 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.
2 Peter 2:2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.
When you have porn and pornography as the problem with your congregation you need as a Pastor to check what you’re preaching and fall on your knees and check your own salvation.
Philippians 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
There is a group that is holding a very easy one-hour-long program that is not shaming, not condemning, yet convicting. In the other words, it’s lukewarm and watered down worldly psychology.
The truth of the word will shame you of your sin, condemn you of your sin, and that is what convicts you.
The article went on to say only 7 percent of churches say they have a program to deal with it. A program to deal with it?
I can give you a way to deal with it. Preach on sin!
I can guarantee you this so-called addiction to porn is not the only sin in their life. These types are sinners who are living after the flesh and are not saved.
I can give anyone advice on how to stop the sin of porn and pornography, and that is to repent. Repent means a change of heart and change of mind.

The word Adultery is if you are married and fornication is for people who are single who are lusting over someone you’re not married to.
I will break this down for those who are watching porn or pornography.
(1) Jesus said if you look upon a woman or man and lust after her or him then you have committed adultery.
Matthew 5:28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.
(2) Fornicators and Adulterers and effeminate go to the lake of fire.
Effeminate means a man acting like a woman or a woman acting like a man.
1 Corinthians 6:9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall NOT inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,
1 Corinthians 6:10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
Revelations 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone.
It’s as simple as that, if you are sinning by lusting for someone that’s not yours then the punishment is the lake of fire.
You don’t need a program to deal with your sin of lusting over people, just stop or you will pay the price.
The Bible is the word of God which he breathed that we are to follow.
2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture God-breathed, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
2 Timothy 3:17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
If you are in a church that only holds church on Sunday morning and doesn’t preach on sin then the best advice for you is to find a church that preaches on sin and holds church more than once a week.
