Half Of the Pastors “Don’t Have” a Biblical Worldview

In a survey of evangelical pastors, half of them did not have a “Biblical” Worldview. Does your pastor have a Biblical worldview? If not, find a church where the pastor uses the truth of the Bible as the lens through which to see the world.

Without the lens of the Bible they see the world through their own eyes and are blind about the truth of the world.

1 John 2:15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

1 John 2:16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

1 John 2:17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.

1 John 4:4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

1 John 4:5 They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.

1 John 4:6 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

A pastor or preacher who does not uphold the principles of a biblical worldview is a false teacher. It is essential that those who lead their congregation follow and teach the truths of the Bible.

It is essential to stay on the right path, as any departure from this path is false teaching and lies from the devil. Therefore, it’s crucial to seek leaders who uphold biblical values.

John 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Matthew 7:15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

2 Peter 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

2 Peter 2:2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom, the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.

2 Timothy 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

2 Timothy 4:4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

Many people don’t believe in a biblical worldview, which is based on the infallible Word of God.

People often tend to believe lies that align with their own lifestyles or those of their family and friends.

It’s disheartening to see how many so-called pastors teach in buildings that are called churches. These buildings are filled with people who exhibit behaviors that go against the very values of the Bible and Jesus’ teachings and what true churches stand for.

It’s important to be aware of such evil places that call themselves Christian and churches and to avoid them.

2 Timothy 3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

2 Timothy 3:2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

2 Timothy 3:3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

2 Timothy 3:4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;

2 Timothy 3:5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

2 Timothy 3:7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

2 Timothy 3:8 Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.

The words of truth in the Bible are a lamp unto your feet that will light the path of life you should follow.

Psalms 119:105 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is alive, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

By learning, applying, and trusting God’s truths in every aspect of our lives, we can develop a strong and comprehensive faith that can withstand the unending influence of nonbiblical ideas in our culture.

2 Timothy 3:14 But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;

2 Timothy 3:15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

2 Timothy 3:16  All scripture is God-breathed, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

2 Timothy 3:17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

The way you live and the decisions you make in your everyday life reveal whether you truly believe in the Bible or if you are just religious. If you are only religious, then you are lost.

A Christian worldview offers a powerful lens through which to view the world. It is a perspective that draws on the timeless wisdom of the Bible and aligns with God’s viewpoint.

Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

Romans 2:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

A lot of individuals attend church regularly and declare themselves as Christians. However, their actions outside of the church do not align with Biblical beliefs. For some, the only evidence of their faith may be a bumper sticker on their vehicle or a hat bearing a message about Jesus.

John 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Psalms 119:11 Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.

James 1:22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

Matthew 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

Matthew 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

Matthew 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work sin.
