Narrow is the way and only FEW will find it

The Church needs to awaken because only a few will find the knowledge of the truth according to Jesus, despite many claiming to be saved.

Matthew 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:

Matthew7:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

“Be wary of false prophets, for they appear as sheep, but underneath their wool lies a dangerous wolf. Take heed of the warning verse, lest you fall prey to their deceit.”

Matthew 7:15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

This passage clearly states that there will be people whom Jesus will reject, claiming that he never knew them. This is a powerful reminder that it is not enough to claim to know Jesus.

We must put our faith into action and strive to live a life that is pleasing to Him. Let us take this message to heart and make sure that our actions align with our words, so that we may be counted among those whom Jesus does know and welcome into His kingdom.

Matthew 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

Matthew 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

Matthew 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work sin.

Have you ever wondered why some people who prophesy, cast out devils and do many wonderful works in Jesus’ name still miss out on eternal life? Jesus says He never knew them.

Though they may attend church and profess to be Christians, it’s crucial to remember that Jesus said that he never knew them. This statement is a powerful reminder that it takes more than just going to church and saying you’re a Christian.

Let us strive to embody the love and compassion that Jesus taught so that he may know us. We hope to have eternal life only by truly knowing and following Jesus’s ways.

1 John 3:8 He that committeth sin is of the devil.

2 Timothy 3:2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

2 Timothy 3:4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;

2 Timothy 3:5 Having a form of godliness but deny they have to be godly.

2 Timothy 3:7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth,

2 Timothy 3:8 Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.

James claims that they hear the word, but they do not put it into practice.

James 1:22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

Peter has warned about the presence of false teachers who tend to twist the truth and deceive people by spreading lies.

2 Peter 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

2 Peter 2:2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.

This is the end of the world, and many in the church are not interested in the truth. They only want to hear a version of the Bible that tickles their ears.

2 Timothy 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

People who focus on themselves and their pleasures are drawn to lukewarm churches and false teachers.

2 Timothy 4: 4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

Attaining eternal life is the ultimate goal one can strive for in this world. However, it is often overlooked and not given the due importance it deserves.

Philippians 2:20 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

Making your salvation a priority and putting in the necessary effort is crucial for a fulfilling life. Don’t let the distractions of the world keep you from achieving true spiritual growth and eternal life.

Make a commitment to yourself today and take the first step towards eternal life.
